These Guidelines apply to all users of HIGH NRGY (Visitor, Temple Pass, Inner Circle).
They help keep the Temple Space safe, grounded, and high-quality.
1. The Vibe (Why we exist)
Our standard: clarity, respect, consent, and depth.
2. Core Principles •
- Integrity over performance
- Consent over persuasion

3. What's Allowed (and encouraged) •
- Thoughtful sharing, honest reflection, grounded insight
- Respectful discussion of ideas, practices, and experiences
- Community projects that are transparent and non
- manipulative
- Kindness, listening, and mature disagreement
- Clear boundaries: "this is my experience" rather than "this is the truth"
- Private conversations via encrypted direct messages
4. What's Not Allowed
4.1 Harmful conduct:
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, disability
- Encouraging self-harm or violence
- Doxxing or sharing private info without consent
4.2 Spam & manipulation:
- Spam posts, low-effort flooding, repetitive promotion
- Aggressive DMs, pressure tactics, guilt/fear-based selling
- Fake scarcity, misleading claims, "guaranteed results" language
- Coordinated attempts to game reactions or visibility
- Using invite codes for commercial purposes without permission
4.3 Illegal / unsafe content:
- Illegal activities, scams, fraud
- Sexual content involving minors (immediate ban)
- Content that violates IP rights or privacy rights
4.4 Medical/mental health and financial boundaries:
We don't allow claims to diagnose or treat medical/mental health conditions, "guaranteed healing" claims, investment advice, or "get rich" narratives.
5. Tribe (Forum) Culture •
- We aim for slow, high-quality threads
- Post with intention: ask, share, integrate - Prefer "one meaningful post" over ten quick ones
- Reactions are welcome, but we don't optimize for dopamine loops
- Creators can generate invite codes to share access to their Tribes
6. Circles & Events (Safety + Consent)
If you host or participate in Circles:
- Respect confidentiality (unless clearly stated otherwise)
- Do not record others without clear permission
- Facilitators should set boundaries and trigger warnings when relevant
- No coercion, no shame, no pressure
- Circle capacity limits and waitlists help maintain intimate experiences
7. Direct Messages & Privacy
Direct messages between members are protected with end-to-end encryption. This means:
- Your conversations are private between you and your recipient
- We cannot read your encrypted message content
- You can control who can message you via privacy settings
- Even with encryption, you're still responsible for following these Guidelines
8. Content Ownership & Sharing •
Don't repost content from inside HIGH NRGY outside the App without permission
- Respect creators, members, and privacy
9. Reporting & Moderation
If you see something that violates the Temple Standard, use in-app reporting or email info@high-nrgy.com.
We may take actions including content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or limiting features.
10. Strikes (Simple Playbook) •
- Strike 1: warning + guidance
- Strike 2: temporary restriction/suspension
- Strike 3: removal from the Temple Space
Severe violations can lead to instant removal.

By using HIGH NRGY, you agree to help protect the space:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HIGH NRGY mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Temple Space & Our Purpose
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may optionally set an @soulname for discoverability. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as described in Section 15.
4. Passes, Memberships & Paid Features
Features may include access to Journeys, journaling tools, Circles (events), replays, community areas (Tribes), direct messaging, and other offerings. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
5. Payments (Stripe), Billing, Cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe (and/or Stripe Connect for certain offerings). By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and policies in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (or Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription inside the App or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but typically does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy. Memberships: Unless required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods after renewal.
We reserve the right to recover costs and losses resulting from abusive disputes or fraud, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Circles, Events, Replays & Digital Content
The App may include live or scheduled experiences ("Circles"), digital content, guided journeys, replays, and downloadable/streaming materials. We do not guarantee availability of any specific Circle, facilitator, replay, or content library.
8. Tribe (Community), User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant HIGH NRGY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for operating, improving, and providing the Services.
9. Direct Messaging & Encrypted Communications
The App includes private direct messaging between users. All direct messages are protected with end-to-end encryption (E2EE) using Signal-level security protocols. You understand that: - Only you and your conversation partner can read your encrypted messages - HIGH NRGY cannot access the content of encrypted messages - If you lose your device or encryption keys, we cannot recover your message history - You are responsible for any content you send through direct messages
10. Temple Standard (Community Guidelines)
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Temple Standard / Community Guidelines. If these Terms conflict with the Guidelines, these Terms control unless stated otherwise.
11. AI Features ("Temple SensAI") & Birth Data
The App may include optional AI features (e.g., "Temple SensAI"). These features are intended to support reflection, journaling, and personal insights.
Birth Data (Optional): If you choose to provide birth time/place/date for personalized insights, you do so voluntarily. You can opt out and/or delete Birth Data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described.
13. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by HIGH NRGY are owned by HIGH NRGY LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
15. Safety Disclaimers (No Medical/Financial Advice)
If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately.
16. Suspension, Termination & Access Removal
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or the Guidelines, engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
17. Disclaimers of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
18. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to HIGH NRGY in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HIGH NRGY LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
20. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
21. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy - The Basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

This Privacy Policy explains how HIGH NRGY collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information we collect through the App and Services, through our website(s), and through communications with you. It does not apply to third-party services we don't control.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide: - Account details: name, email, password (hashed), profile data, optional @soulname - Membership & purchases: your chosen Pass, purchase status, receipts - Community content: posts, comments, reactions, reflections in Tribes - Journal entries & Journey data: check-ins, task completion, reflections - Direct messages: encrypted content (see Section 11 for details) - Support: messages, attachments, and related metadata
2.2 Optional sensitive data: Birth Data (Temple SensAI) If you opt in, you may provide date of birth, time of birth, place of birth to enable personalized reflective insights.
2.3 Information collected automatically: - Device & app data: device type, OS version, app version - Usage data: screens viewed, features used, session timestamps - Approximate location: derived from IP address or device settings

We use information to: - Provide and operate the Services - Process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe) - Personalize the experience - Enable Temple SensAI features if you opt in - Safety & moderation: enforce the Temple Standard - Communications: send transactional and marketing emails (with your consent) - Analytics & product improvement - Legal compliance
4. Legal Bases (GDPR/UK)
Our processing may rely on: Contract, Legitimate interests, Consent, Legal obligation.
5. Payments (Stripe)
We use Stripe to process payments. We generally do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process your information under its own privacy policy.
6. Temple SensAI & Birth Data
Temple SensAI is an optional AI feature meant to support reflection and personal insights. It is not medical/mental health treatment or financial advice.
You can opt out of Temple SensAI and request deletion of Birth Data.
We do not use your private journal content or Birth Data to train public AI models.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed with service providers, payments (Stripe), for legal & safety purposes, and in case of business transfers.
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Public vs Private Information
Your profile and Tribe activity may be visible to other members depending on your privacy settings. You can enable Privacy Mode to appear as "Temple Member" to other users. You can also control whether your country is displayed and whether other members can send you direct messages. Your private journal entries are intended to be private by default.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: Access, Correct, Delete your data, Portability, Object/restrict processing, Withdraw consent.

10.1 Email Preferences You can manage your email subscription preferences at any time in the App settings. Available categories include: First Letter, Welcome Sequence, Community Updates, Event Notifications, and Weekly Inspiration.
11. End-to-End Encryption for Direct Messages
11.1 Signal-Level Security Standard We implement industry-leading encryption protocols similar to those used by Signal: - X3DH (Extended Triple Diffie-Hellman) for initial key exchange with Ed25519 signature verification - Double Ratchet protocol for ongoing message encryption with forward secrecy - Each message is encrypted with a unique key that changes with every message
11.2 What This Means For Your Privacy - Only you and your conversation partner can read your messages - HIGH NRGY cannot read the content of your encrypted messages - Even if our servers were compromised, your message content would remain encrypted - Media attachments (images, videos) are also encrypted before upload
11.3 Key Storage Your encryption keys are stored securely on your device: - On iOS/Android: Keys are stored in secure hardware-backed storage - On web: Keys are stored using browser encryption APIs - If you sign out or delete the app, local encryption keys may be lost
11.4 Important Limitations - E2EE protects message content, but metadata (who you message, when, and message counts) may still be visible to our systems for service operation - If you report a message for abuse, the decrypted content may be shared with our moderation team - We cannot recover your messages if you lose access to your encryption keys
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. In addition to E2EE for direct messages, we use: - Secure password hashing (bcrypt) - HTTPS for all network communications - Regular security reviews
No system is 100% secure.
13. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in the U.S. or other locations where our providers operate.
14. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We require users to be at least 18.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice.
